Slackline U.S is a founding member of the International Slackline Association (ISA), formed in August 2015.
The ISA works to develop connections between national groups worldwide and facilitate communication and knowledge sharing within the community. This is done by authoring and consolidating materials, translating these into many languages, and making them available for download and print publication. Published materials produced by Slackline U.S., especially those related to gear and rigging safety, will be shared with ISA and made available for translation. Likewise, many of the resources we offer come from other national groups through the ISA.
Additionally, the ISA is coordinating volunteer efforts on a variety of projects including gathering statistics on safety and injury rates, developing teaching curriculums, and provide a central resource for information.
